シンポジウム趣旨：
筑波大学では、1980年に第1期教員研修留学生を受け入れて以来、43年に渡って外国人教員研修留学生プログラムを実施してきました。
プログラム修了生の目に、日本の教育はどのように映っているのでしょうか。
各国の教育と比較しながら日本の教育の特長と課題について語っていただくことで、日本の教育をグローバルな視点から問い直すとともに、
国や地域を超えて、教育に携わる私たちが共通に大切にしている理念や行動、考え方について探究します。

Purpose of the Symposium:
The University of Tsukuba has been offering the Teacher Training Program for 43 years since accepting the first cohort in 1980. What do the alumni think of education in Japan? By discussing the advantages and disadvantages of Japanese education in comparison with education in their countries, we would like to reexamine Japanese education from a global perspective and explore the principles, actions, and ideas that we all share in education, regardless of country or region.
